Graphics Design Executive - Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join Yemeksepeti’s Creative Team, working closely with the Regional team and collaborating across sister brands, including foodora and foodpanda. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for design and brand storytelling, we’d love to hear from you. 

• Develop and execute branding and marketing campaign assets across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with the team to explore briefs, generate ideas, and deliver impactful creative solutions.
• Work closely with the Regional Creative Team to conceptualize and create high-quality assets, including illustrations, campaigns, and product flows.
• Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of creative initiatives and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and delivering within deadlines.
• Present and rationalize creative work effectively while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Turkish and English.

• 6+ years of experience in design, brand development, and marketing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across digital and print media.
• Expertise in graphic design and/or motion graphics (UX/UI experience is a plus).
• Strong skills in typography, composition, and layout.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects. Familiarity with Project Management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana (a plus).
• A strategic and creative mindset with the ability to make an impact.
• Self-sufficiency in solving design challenges and working under tight deadlines.
• Ability to interpret briefs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Passion for learning and collaborating with local design teams to share knowledge and best practices.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design, digital marketing, and technology trends.
• AI knowledge is highly desirable.
